Relief/Jurgrau/South Broward Hospital [SPCC]; provides for relief of Sharon Jurgrau, wife of Mark Jurgrau, deceased, & Megan Jurgrau, minor child of Mark & Sharon Jurgrau, by South Broward Hospital District; compensates them for death of Mark Jurgrau as result of negligence of South Broward Hospital District; provides for attorney's fees, lobbyist's fees, & costs. CLAIM: $500,000.
