School Attendance/Withdrawing from School [SPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINES S336 & S416) requires student who is withdrawing to be assigned counselor or other school personnel to provide educational information until student is 18 years old; requires 9th graders or students who are withdrawing from school to receive instruction about effects of withdrawing from high school. Amends 1003.21,.428.
