Voting Systems [LPCC]; specifies that Bureau of Voting Systems Certification & Bureau of Voting Systems Security are located within Elections Div.; creates Bureau of Voting Systems Security for purpose of ensuring security of voting systems used in state; specifies duties of bureau; provides that manufacturer that fails to remedy security problem is subject to fine for each day of such failure, etc. Amends 20.10; creates 101.018.
