GENERAL BILL by Crist
Use of Force/Law Enforcement Officer [LPCC]; provides that, regardless of later finding by court, person is not justified in obstructing with violence law enforcement officer who is engaged in lawful execution of legal duty; provides that person is not justified in using force if law enforcement officer acts in good faith & is known or appears to be said officer. Amends 776.051.
