Alcoholic Beverages/ID Document [EPCC]; provides that failure of person to check identification document of person to whom alcoholic beverage is served before serving such beverage creates rebuttable presumption that person willfully & unlawfully sold or furnished alcoholic beverage to person who is not of lawful drinking age; defines term "identification document". Amends 768.125.
