Voting Systems; requires electronic or electromechanical voting systems to produce paper record of votes; provides for preservation of paper records of votes; provides that paper records are true & correct records of votes cast; requires Secretary of State to certify all hardware & software used in said voting systems & to ensure that election officials are given specified instructions re people having disability, etc. Amends Ch. 101.
