Sexual Offenses [LPCC]; requires life sentences for certain second or subsequent offenders; adds offenses to dangerous sexual felony offender law; requires mandatory minimum life sentences for certain offenders; provides enhanced penalties for certain sexual offenses; provides mandatory minimum sentences. Amends 775.082, 794.0115; creates 775.0847.
