GENERAL BILL by Posey
Open House Parties/Alcohol & Drugs [LPCC]; increases penalty for allowing open house party to take place which involves knowledge of possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs by minor & failure to prevent such possession or consumption; provides that person is liable for any injury or damage caused by or resulting from unlawful possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs at open house party. Amends 856.015.
