Caregivers for Adults [SPCC]; authorizes DOEA to create pilot program in certain counties to train economically disadvantaged workers who are specified age or older to act as companions & provide certain services to frail adults in community; specifies additional purposes of pilot program; requires evaluation & report to Legislature. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
