GENERAL BILL by Margolis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Energy Efficient Motor Vehicle/Tax [RPCC]; provides financial incentives for purchase of alternative motor vehicle; provides that any person who purchases said vehicle from sales tax dealer is eligible for refund of sales tax paid; provides that total dollar amount of refunds is limited to total amount of appropriations in any fiscal year; authorizes request for refund to be held for payment in following fiscal year under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 212.086. APPROPRIATION.
