GENERAL BILL by Siplin

Electronic Voting Systems [LPCC]; requires each electronic voting system in state to produce voter-verified paper record that is suitable for manual audit; requires that voter be permitted to verify correctness of paper ballot; requires said system to produce permanent paper record that is available for correction of any error by voter & preserved for later use in manual audit, etc. Creates 101.56085.
