Pub. Rec. & Pub. Meetings/Hospitals; provides exemption from public records requirements for name of candidate or nominee for position of CEO or designated corporate officer of public hospital in possession of search committee appointed by hospital governing board for purpose of selecting such candidates or nominees & any records or information in possession of search committee that would reveal identity of candidate or nominee, etc. Amends 395.3035.
