Electronic Monitoring/Lost Persons [SPCC]; establishes grant program to encourage counties to implement county lifesaver programs; describes components of such program; designates FDLE as administrative agency; provides for application for state grant funds & requires local matching funds; requires county sheriff's office or other lead agency to use funds for purchasing equipment & training, etc. APPROPRIATION: $670,000.
