Electronic Monitoring/Lost Persons; provides legislative intent to encourage counties to implement county lifesaver projects; designates FDLE as administrative agency; provides for applying for state grant funds & requires local matching funds; requires county sheriff's office or other lead agency to use funds for specified purchases & training; requires solicitation of private moneys & achievement of financial independence for program within specified time, etc. APPROPRIATION: $670,000.
