Criminal Justice Task Force [SPCC]; creates said task force within Substance Abuse & Mental Health Corporation to identify barriers to providing comprehensive mental health & substance abuse treatment services to children, youth, & adults who are in criminal justice system; provides for membership & duties & for members to be reimbursed for per diem & travel expenses; requires task force to prepare report by specified date; specifies date for abolishment of task force.
