GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Highway Safety Act [EPCC]; provides legislative intent re road rage & aggressive careless driving; requires operator of motor vehicle to yield left lane when being overtaken on multilane highway; revises number of specified acts necessary to qualify as aggressive careless driver; provides that second or subsequent infraction as said driver requires attendance at mandatory hearing, etc. Amends 316.003,.083,.1923, 318.19; reenacts 316.650(1)(a).
