GENERAL BILL by Posey
Fleeing from Law Enforcement Officer [EPCC]; provides that owner of motor vehicle commits misdemeanor of first degree if owner allows another to use owner's vehicle to elude or flee from law enforcement officer under certain circumstances; provides criminal penalties. Amends 316.1935.
