Direct-support Organizations [RPCC]; creates direct-support organization for Century Commission for Sustainable Florida & another for Commission on Human Relations; provides for contracts between each direct-support organization & commission it serves; provides for use of property of each commission by its direct-support organization; provides for deposit of moneys into specified accounts; provides for dissolution of said organizations, etc. Amends 163.3247; creates 760.065.
