HB 59: Sexual Predator Elimination Act

GENERAL BILL by Allen

Sexual Predator Elimination Act; provides that sexual predators who commit sexual battery against certain victims shall be sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole or gain-time; increases mandatory minimum sentence applicable to dangerous sexual felony offenders; provides for county or municipal ordinances re residence of persons subject to registration as sexual offenders or designated as sexual predators, etc. Amends 794.011,.0115,.065.
