Estate Shares to Heirs/Distribution; revises order of distribution of shares of estate to heirs; deletes application limitation to escheated property of certain descendants of Holocaust victims; deletes termination of application to certain filings; limits responsibility & liability of personal representatives in searches for certain levels of descendants for purposes of escheated property. Amends 732.103.
