HB 637: Paternity/Scientific Testing

GENERAL BILL by Meadows

Paternity/Scientific Testing; provides that in any proceeding in which established paternity of child is challenged court may order parties to submit to scientific testing; authorizes court to order that parties submit to scientific testing in such proceeding without limitation of time. Amends 742.12.
