Student Financial Assistance; creates Innovation Florida Scholarships for Developing High-Tech Jobs Program; provides matching grant program to award need-based scholarships to students enrolled in certified degree programs in targeted employment areas at Fla. postsecondary educational institutions; provides for issuance of awards; provides student eligibility requirements for initial & renewal awards; requires paid internship program, etc. Creates 1009.705. APPROPRIATION: $30,000,000.
