GENERAL BILL by Economic Expansion & Infrastructure Council ; Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dick ; Porth ; Scionti ; Traviesa ; Fitzgerald ; Bullard ; Grant ; Soto

DUI/Ignition Interlock Devices; provides that ignition interlock devices be required for specified period after first conviction of certain offenses; revises provisions re period for which interlock device may be required for second conviction of certain offenses; reduces maximum permissible blood alcohol level at which ignition interlock device will allow vehicle to start. Amends 316.193,.1937.
