Property Insurance Pilot Program; provides for wind-deductible reimbursement cooperative pilot program for named tropical storms; provides legislative intent; requires DOR to provide certain sales tax revenues to DFS in pilot region for program purposes; provides for DFS to establish public-private cooperative for certain purposes; authorizes cooperative to establish & collect fees; provides rulemaking authority, for annual reports, & for future repeal, etc.
