Community Reinvestment Plans [EPCC]; authorizes business to develop & implement said plan for tax-credit purposes; provides certain requirements for such plan; provides duties of FSC; requires commission to adopt rules, in consultation with DCA & Fla. Housing Finance Corporation, re said plans; requires FSC, DCA, Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office, & Fla. Housing Finance Corporation to prepare strategic plan re access to financial capital in certain areas of state, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
