PROPOSED BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation
Recreational Licenses & Permits/FWC; authorizes Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, tax collectors, & certain subagents to request & collect donations when selling recreational license or permit; revises exemption under which resident need not possess license in order to fish in salt water from land or from structure fixed to land; provides for such exemption to apply solely to residents who hold Medicaid gold card, etc. Amends Ch. 372.
