Crimes/Use of Minor to Facilitate; requires that offense be reclassified to next higher degree if, during commission or attempted commission of offense, offender was 18 years of age or older & used, conspired with, or otherwise involved person younger than 18 years of age in committing offense or in avoiding detection or apprehension for offense; provides for ranking enhanced offense under sentencing guidelines, etc. Creates 775.0849.
