Water Protection & Sustainability Program TF [RPCC]; revises distribution of excise taxes on documents credited to said trust fund within DEP; revises distribution of funds within said trust fund by DEP; reenacts provisions re creation & purpose of said trust fund & annual appropriations therefrom, to incorporate amendments made to specified provision in references thereto. Amends 201.15, 403.890; reenacts 403.891(1),.8911(1).
