PROPOSED BILL by Ethics and Elections

Public Officers & Employees/Ethics; requires that state or local public officer disclose known interests of his or her principals, relatives, or business associates when voting in official capacity; prohibits reporting individual or procurement employee from soliciting gift, or accepting gift in excess of specified value, from vendor doing business with individual's or employee's agency; requires that Ethics Commission investigate prohibited expenditures, etc. Amends Ch. 112, 411.01.
