PROPOSED BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation
Environmental Protection; provides that exemption from sales & use tax for certain machinery & equipment for renewable energy technologies is available only to end user of such machinery & equipment; provides statewide consistency for water quality standards in Northwest Fla. WMD; provides for tax holiday for purchase of certain energy-efficient products; clarifies certain provisions re certifications issued by DEP, etc. Amends FS.
