PROPOSED BILL by Regulated Industries
Vacation & Timeshare Plans; authorizes seller to offer timeshare interests in timeshare plan located outside of this state without filing public offering statement for such out-of-state timeshare plan; revises provisions re advertising & oral statements to include those made by resale service providers; provides that failure to obtain & maintain required insurance coverage constitutes breach of managing entity's fiduciary duty, etc. Amends Ch. 721.
