JOINT RESOLUTION by Schools & Learning Council ; Pickens ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hasner
Option to Divide School Districts; constitutional amendment to provide that school districts may be divided into two or more school districts, each having no fewer than 25,000 students, upon approval by vote of electors of county pursuant to general law; provides that said district taxes shall be imposed countywide & distributed to such districts in equitable & nondiscriminatory manner as provided by general law, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. IX.
