Sciences/Retirement Program; consolidates operation of Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement Program under FRS; abolishes Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences Supplemental Retirement TF; bars program participants from membership in FRS; redefines term "trust fund" for purposes of administering program; provides rate of monthly contributions, etc. Creates 121.047; amends 121.40.
