Florida Kidcare; conforms provisions to changes made by Florida Kidcare act; provides that no cause of action shall arise against Florida Healthy Kids Corporation for failure to make certain services available; authorizes program to provide premium assistance to certain children under certain circumstances; requires corporation to establish penalties or waiting periods for reinstatement of coverage under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $15,725,839.
