HB 719: Inland Navigation Districts
GENERAL BILL by Peterman
Inland Navigation Districts; provides that right-of-way & channel of Intracoastal Waterway & other designated public navigation channels are excluded from certain provisions re aquatic preserves; authorizes inland navigation districts to use state-owned submerged lands for purposes of construction, maintenance, & operation of certain waterways & to aid & cooperate with certain nonmember counties for certain activities re waterways. Amends 258.40, 374.975,.976.
