Retail Theft/Enhanced Penalties; provides enhanced penalties for retail theft exceeding specified amount for persons who individually, or in concert with others, coordinate activities of one or more persons in committing offense; conforms Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart. Amends 812.015, 921.0022.
