JOINT RESOLUTION by Allen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Legg

Homestead Property Assessments; constitutional amendment to apply to all real property the limitations on assessments currently applied only to homestead property & to require changes in assessments only if determined to be necessary by property appraiser based upon market data, to take effect January 1 of year following approval of amendment by electors. Amends s. 4, Art. VII; creates s. 27, Art. XII.
