School; provides for relief of Maria Gough & Jorge Gough, parents & natural guardians of Jaime Gough, a minor, & of Jorge Gough, as personal representative of estate of Jaime Gough, for wrongful death of their son, which was due in part to Miami-Dade Co. School Board's negligent failure to prevent forseeable violence on school grounds; provides for payment of damages. CLAIM.
