Award of Attorney's Fees; reenacts & amends provision re said fees & sanctions for raising unsupported claims or defenses; provides entitlement to fees & requires compliance with filing provisions; requires joint proposals to state amount & terms attributable to each party; provides exception when party is alleged to be solely vicariously, constructively, derivatively, or technically liable; provides legislative intent & applicability, etc. Amends 57.105, 768.79.
