Super Enterprise Zones [EPCC]; provides for future repeal; exempts certain property purchased for use or consumption by businesses in super enterprise zone & retail sales by certified businesses in said zone; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate specified area in Miami-Dade Co. as pilot project super enterprise zone for certain time period; provides for future repeal & revocation of designation, etc. Amends 212.02,.08, Ch. 290.
