Public Transit Safety/Rest Period; requires every public transit provider to provide to transit system drivers appropriate rest period for certain purposes; cites act as "Public Transit Safety Act"; provides purpose; defines term "appropriate rest period"; prohibits deduction from driver's pay for taking appropriate rest period; provides for different rest periods to be established by collective bargaining. Creates 341.0613.
