GENERAL BILL by Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Peaden ; Bennett
Firefighting Training [EPCC]; directs State Fire Marshal Div. of DFS to establish free firefighter training program; requires division to consult with Firefighters Employment, Standards, & Training Council & division's Bureau of Fire Standards & Training to develop training courses; authorizes rulemaking by division; provides for distribution of funds by division to certified training centers; authorizes use of moneys from Insurance Regulatory TF, etc. Creates 633.381. APPROPRIATION: $15,000,000.
