GENERAL BILL by Kiar ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Randolph
State Public Officials; defines terms "cabinet member" & "covered public official"; requires said official to place all of his or her personal investments of stocks & bonds into publicly traded mutual fund or qualified blind trust; prohibits said official from attempting to influence or exercise any control over decisions re management of said trust or engaging in any activity involving violation of standards of conduct for public officers, etc. Creates 112.3142.
