GENERAL BILL by Healthcare Council ; Harrell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Skidmore ; Porth
Controlled Substances; requires AHCA to create clearinghouse of information on electronic prescribing; requires AHCA to monitor & report on implementation of said prescribing; prohibits sale, manufacture, alteration, delivery, uttering, or possession of counterfeit-resistant prescription blanks for said substances; provides additional requirements for dispensing of said substance listed in Schedule II, III, or IV, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
