GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lawson ; Fasano ; Rich ; Wilson ; Joyner ; Lynn

Court Fees & Penalties [LPCC]; provides for indigent person whose income is equal to or below specified threshold to have court fees waived; revises requirements re deferral of prepayment of court costs & fees for indigent prisoners to include indigent persons being held in custody pending trial; provides for use of surplus revenues generated by traffic-infraction surcharges imposed by certain units of local government, etc. Amends 57.082,.085, 318.18.
