Medicaid Services for Children [SPCC]; provides for children who are eligible for Medicaid & who reside in area in which managed care pilot program has been implemented to receive behavioral health care services under pilot program rather than under specialty prepaid plan developed by AHCA & DCFS; revises duties of AHCA re providing Medicaid services to children, etc. Amends 409.912,.91211.
