Cardiology Services; provides legislative findings & intent; requires DOH to create list of percutaneous intervention centers & distribute list to emergency medical services providers in state; directs DOH to develop & distribute sample cardiac triage assessment tool; requires said providers to use similar assessment tool; requires licensed emergency medical services providers to develop & use specified protocols; requires compliance by certain date, etc.
