Protection of Minors; revises definition of term "harmful to minors"; prohibits certain actions involving depictions of minors engaged in certain conduct; provides criminal penalties; deletes provision providing defense as to age of minor following bona fide attempt to ascertain minor's age; prohibits use of minors in production of specified material, etc. Amends 847.001,.011-.013, 921.0022.
