GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Insurance/Unfair or Deceptive Act ; provides that insurer's failure to offer in this state any kind or line of insurance which it offers in another jurisdiction constitutes unfair method of competition & unfair or deceptive act; provides penalties; provides for rules. Amends 626.9541.
