Hurricane Preparedness & Insurance [EPCC]; cites act as "Homeowners' Rate Reduction Act"; deletes rapid cash buildup requirement from reimbursement premium formula factor; provides for temporary emergency options for additional coverage & for temporary increase in coverage limit options; requires insurers electing optional coverages offered by Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to make rate filings that reflect savings or reduction in loss exposure, etc. Amends 215.555.
